This 50k run was in the mountains behind Port Moody. The course has a 3000m elevation change. Run times range from 5-8 hours. Five hundred runners signed up, about 250 finished. Entrants came from all over Western Canada. Rob was in the top 10%. Rob’s friend Brooke placed 2nd in women’s. Hearty congratulations to both of you. Wow! Images appear in random order.
